Sculpting and carving vessels and wall-hangings with birds, cypress trees and dragonflies, I use color and design to elicit feelings of hot and cold air, moving water and plant life.

Raku-fired glaze crackles trapping smoke inside. Everywhere the clay is naked the smoke is infused into the clay body.
